Return Policy

We follow an easy return policy. we do not accept any returns. This policy will be applicable only if the products are damaged, defective, or if incorrect products have been delivered. To avail of the return offer, you can contact us at our mentioned phone number or write to us by mail.

 

Important:  If your online order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 2 Business Days with an UNBOXING VIDEO (mandatory)

    Returns that do not meet the above criteria or are returned without an RMA# may be returned to the customer or destroyed upon request.

 

Refund Policy

Refunds are subject to approval upon receiving the returned product.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment source. Customers must provide bank details for processing.
  • A small fee of 2.5% (payment gateway fees) will be deducted from all refunds.
  • For failed online transactions, refunds are automatically processed to the source account and may take up to 7 working days (please note: we do not hold this amount).

Order Cancellation Policy

Reasons may include, but are not limited to, limitations on available quantities, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, or defects in product quality.
